  We may use "clear GIFs" (Web Beacons) to track the online usage patterns of our Users in an anonymous manner, without personally identifying the User. We may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our Users to track which emails are opened by recipients. We use this information to inter-alia deliver our web pages to you upon request, to tailor our Sites or Services to the interests of our users, to measure traffic within our Sites to improve the quality, functionality, and interactivity of our Sites and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where our Users come without personally identifying the Users.

USER PAYMENT INFORMATION AND SECURITY

All the payments you make through our website or app are processed via Razorpay. Hence, all the payment-related information and details i.e. your card details, bank information, etc. are collected and processed by our payment gateway. We do not collect or store your payment data.

• The Company proposes to share such Information to conduct its business and to share such Information for the purpose of processing personal information on its behalf. HOW TO MANAGE AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND RELEVANT DATA

By following certain simple steps, you can manage and delete your selected information as well as your account with RateperSQFT.

• If you want to delete any data you’ve posted on our website, you can delete it by clicking on the Delete button..

• If you want to exercise your privacy rights to permanently delete your account, you can do it by using the Permanently Deactivate button available in your Profile section. Once you click on this button, a popup window with a warning message will appear to confirm that you really want to permanently delete your account. Once you click the Agree button, a confirmation link will be sent to you via email and text message to your registered mobile number. The confirmation link expires in 72 hours (3 days). If you click on this link within this time frame and confirm your request for the permanent deletion of your RateperSQFT account, your account will be permanently deleted. If you don’t log in to your account for one year, it will be permanently deactivated, and the data will be irrecoverable. However, logging in to your account within one year will lead your account back to the previous normalcy.

UPDATES/CHANGES

The internet is an ever-evolving medium. We may alter our Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary changes in technology, applicable law, or any other variant. In any case, we reserve the right to change (at any point of time) the terms of this Policy or the Terms of Use. Any changes we make will be effective immediately on notice, which we may give by posting the new policy on the Sites. Your use of the Sites or Services after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. In any case, you are advised to review this Policy periodically on the Sites to ensure that you are aware of the latest version.

MISCELLANEOUS SECURITY

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee the protection of any information shared with us.
